My home town is Taganrog
I was born in Taganrog. It’s a city in Rostov county in the south-west of Russia. Taganrog founded on the coast of Azov sea by Petr I in 1698 as commercial town.
My home town was a capital of Ukraine over one month.
Now it’s quite and small town, with a population of about 270 000 people. But Taganrog is important industrial middle of the south of Russia.
Taganrog is wonderful place with many different attractions, for example, monument of Peotr I witch constructed by Antokolsky M.M., theatre named by Chehov A.P. which opposite town hole.
In addition Taganrog is students city where are many institutes, for example, our institute – TIT – Taganrog Institute of Technology.
Now the main industries were metallurgy, machine building, chemical and food.
I like that in Taganrog many people who warm, friendly and hospitable. Taganrog have beautiful countryside where people can go to relax and do a barbeque on weekand)
But I dislike that many streets are dirty and air is polluted . And in addition sea and beaches are awful.
But in tote I like my home town.
